The international Make Music Day is on Thursday, the Summer Solstice, and will features dozens of musicians at venues throughout Phinney Ridge and Greenwood.

Here’s the schedule:
Naked City Brewery, 8564 Greenwood Ave. N. All-ages performances in the Screening Room:

  • 3:15-4 p.m.: The Temporaries
  • 4:15-5 p.m.: Little Sara and the Night Owls

Verity Credit Union courtyard, 8533 Greenwood Ave. N.:

  • 3:30-5:30 p.m.: Abraham Neuwelt – Handpan/Percussion
  • 7-7:30 p.m.: SaeMonae – Rap
  • 7:30-8 p.m.: Phoebe Kinks – Indie Alternative
  • 8-8:30 p.m.: Moon Candy – Country-Rock
  • 8:30-9 p.m.: Jav DaHart

  • 4-5 p.m.: Stewart Hendrickson – solo fiddle

  • 1-2 p.m.: Ukulele Jam

  • 3-9 p.m.: Stories and songs with Jim Page

  • 3-5 p.m.: Junk Jam Band workshop with Seattle ReCreative
  • 4-5:30 p.m.: Instrument Petting Zoo with Music Center NW
  • 6-7:15 p.m.: Rounds & Harmony Workshop with Sandy Buechner
  • 7:15 p.m.: Workshop participant performance

  • 6-7:30 p.m.: Jazz Jam (lead sheets provided)
  • 7:30-9 p.m.: Tango Jam (lead sheets provided)

  • 6-7 p.m.: Abby London – singer/songwriter
  • 7-8 p.m.: Ethos – hip hop with a message
  • 8-9 p.m.: The Lost Boy presents the Kewl Kidz – Spoken Word and Music

Illumination Learning Studios, 7720 Greenwood Ave. N.:

  • 6-7:30 p.m.: Betsy Alexander “Fiddling from Scratch” workshop for the fiddle curious. Loaner instruments available for kids and adults.

Phinney Ridge Lutheran Church lawn, 7500 Greenwood Ave. N.:

  • 5-7 p.m.: Seattle Song Circle, participatory singing
  • 7-7:45 p.m.: Ukestra Seattle concert
  • 7:45-8:30 p.m. Strum-along jam (all instruments and voices welcome)

  • 8:30-9 p.m.: Phinney Ridge Youth Orchestra
