The second early design guidance meeting for the Phinney Flats development proposed for 6726 Greenwood Ave. N. is at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 11, at the Ballard Community Center, 6020 28th Ave NW, in the Sunset/Captain Ballard Room.

The proposal is to replace the current building with a four-story building with 56 small efficiency dwelling units and three live-work units, with bike storage but no parking. Ed’s Kort Haus and Stumbling Goat Bistro are expected to move back into the ground floor.
