Marie found a bike leaning against a telephone pole at the corner of NW 72nd Street and 3rd Avenue NW today. The cable lock was cut and still on the bike. She’s moved it to her house for safekeeping. Email her if it’s yours.

Matt tells us he found his garage door open on Sunday morning and one of his family’s bikes missing. The garage opens on to the alley between NW 73rd and 74th streets and 1st and 3rd avenues NW in Phinney Ridge. It’s a women’s Specialized road bike, very small frame, with purple paint.

Update: Ming says the bike has been returned to its owner, who said it was stolen from their basement months ago.
Earlier: Ming tells us this bike was found leaning against a neighbor’s garage in the alley between North 83rd and 84th streets, west of Greenwood. If it’s yours, email to arrange pickup.

Update Jan. 13: The bike was found at the Greenwood Safeway by an eagle-eyed PhinneyWood reader!
Earlier: Someone stole Terra Bella Flowers‘ delivery bike from outside the shop on the corner of Greenwood Avenue North and North 74th Street sometime on Thursday night. Owner Melissa Feveyear tells us the bike was locked up. If anyone sees the beige cruiser bike with white wall tires and a wooden basket, please call the shop at 206-783-0205.

Kristen says her white and red bike was stolen the night before Christmas Eve. She says her block of NW 86th Street, between 6th and 8th avenues NW.
It’s a Redline cyclocross bike, smallish bright white frame, fire engine red handlebar tape, pedals with cages, gear rack mounted over the back tire, etc. Scratches on the right handlebar from an accident.

A men’s bicycle was found abandoned at a house in Crown Hill, near Dick’s Drive-In on Holman Road, this morning. The homeowners suspect it was stolen and dumped.
