Does anyone know if this store will open? Last night on the artwalk we saw a "for lease" sign on the window. We were surprised because contractors had just installed new doors and windows, indicating the shop might open soon.

MemberOne of the workers installing a window told me this. The Kelly's Produce tenants have backed out. They are hoping to find a tenant that will run a similar type of business. He didn't say why they backed out.
I know the previous tenant, Mud Bay, had a lot of difficulty with the landlord and lack of repair to the sewer line and the heat system. Thats why Mud Bay had to bring in their own portapotty the last year of their time there. It looked like most of those issues were being addressed once Mud Bay moved out though.

Member^So was I, but I had a feeling that they'd be pretty expensive and I wouldn't end up shopping there more than once anyways (just like Ken's Market)
