Join a group of individuals committed to working together on a process of cultivating a calm spirit in an anxious culture.
In this supportive, strength-based group we will:
* Develop strategies to productively cope with anxiety.
* Explore your individual resources.
* Reduce feelings of isolation.
* Enhance your trust in self and others.
Share the challenges and the compassion, the tears and laughter, the setbacks and the successes of up to seven individuals working together, with the professional guidance of a mental health therapist, to transform their lives.
This therapy group will be based on a here and now exploration of our emotional experience, as well as pattern-examining and goal setting. This process will help you gain the awareness to create new, more satisfying ways to manage anxiety instead of losing yourself in it.

9 Sessions starting on October 26th and ending on December 21th
First Session Free! $15 per session thereafter
