MemberElizadahl, Please contact Seattle Animal Shelter to report the found dogs, they will also scan them for ID chips (as will most Vets) and place a notice of found dogs. They have a much better chance of going home using SAS.

MemberChecking with Phinney Animal clinic is also a good idea. One, they might recognize them as patients of theirs, and two, they also have a scanner for micro-chips.
