Masters level professional woman (virtual worker), nonsmoker, pet-less, single, seeks creative, artistic space in which to work and live. Alternative spaces are very much appreciated! In the past I have lived in commercial space, on a boat, in a loft, in shared space and an open basement. I have lived in the Wallingford/Greenlake neighborhood for 17 years and love it. My landlady needed my little studio for her brother, who recently suffered a stroke. So I am seeking a new dwelling.
