Joe tells us a suspicious man with a backpack was riding his bike very slowly around North 80th Street between Linden and Fremont this afternoon, peering into every yard and carport.
He was riding slowly down the street craning his neck left and right and scrutinizing every house. I went outside and started trailing along after him. He hopped off his bike at the end of the block and then started walking along looking intently in carports, etc. Then he took off of his bike again. I got in the car and found him after a couple minutes in the alley just south of 80th peeking through the fence into somebody’s back yard…He’s small and skeletal and his face is covered with sores.
