Phinney Ridge Community Council meets Tuesday to discuss housing, parking, development updates

The Phinney Ridge Community Council meets at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Phinney Neighborhood Center, 6532 Phinney Ave. N.

On the agenda is an update on impact fees legislation for the mayor’s Housing Affordability and Livability Agenda; updates on the city’s Comprehensive Plan and Design Review process; neighborhood parking issues; and updates on design proposals and permits for development projects at 6528 Phinney Ave. N. and 6726 Greenwood Ave. N.

The next PRCC meeting will be at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 5.
