The owner of CrossFit Phinney Ridge, at 7601 Greenwood Ave. N., Suite 100, is taking over the space currently occupied by Avanti Art and Design right next door and will open a separate fitness studio called Revel Athletics, offering yoga and barre classes.

Emily Shubin and Revel Athletics will take over the space on Oct. 20, with plans to open in late November. CrossFit Phinney Ridge opened in March 2013.
Avanti, a custom frame shop and art gallery which opened in 2007 a few blocks south before moving to its current location about three years ago, is looking for a new space in the neighborhood. The gallery is having a sale from 12-4 p.m. today (Saturday) on most everything, including furniture, frames, art and fixtures.
