Phinney Center hosting beer taste, Spanish dinner and Greenwood Seafair Parade

The Phinney Neighborhood Association has a lot of events on its plate this summer. Here are three upcoming ones.
Saludos A España – Paella Dinner and Flamenco is at 7:30 p.m. this Friday, July 17, at the Greenwood Senior Center, 525 N. 85th St. Doors open at 6:45 p.m. Tickets are $15 for PNA Members, $20 non-members. All proceeds benefit the senior center’s programs. Details and tickets are available online.
Summer Beer Taste: Beer Oasis – Draughts not Drought! is from 4-7 p.m. this Saturday, July 18, in the PNA’s lower parking lot at 6532 Phinney Ave. N. Admission is $25 for PNA members, $30 non-members, and $10 designated drivers. For that you’ll get 10 tastes from 25 local microbreweries, pub style snacks, and mini brats from the Barking Dog Alehouse. Tickets are available online. Live music by L’Orchestre d’Incroyable. Only service dogs allowed. Must be 21 and over. but onsite childcare is available. Email [email protected] to reserve your spot. The 65th annual Greenwood Seafair Parade, the longest-running neighborhood Seafair parade, is from 6-8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 22. The parade begins on Greenwood Avenue North at North 95th Street, and goes south, turning west on North 85th Street and ending at 6th Avenue NW. This year’s theme is “Don’t Rain on My Parade” with Grand Marshal M.J. McDermott, an Emmy-Award-winning writer, actor, broadcaster and meteorologist.
