Joe sent a link to a video showing a woman stealing a package from his neighbors’ porch last week. It happened around 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 5, in the 700 block of North 81st Street.
At the end of the video you can see her drive away in a red car, which Joe thinks is a Subaru Legacy wagon, with an unusual roof rack.
