Seattle City Planner Aly Pennucci is the guest speaker at tonight’s (Tuesday) meeting of the Phinney Ridge Community Council, where she will discuss the recommendation to extend our neighborhood’s Pedestrian Overlay Zone on Phinney Avenue from North 58th to North 62nd streets. Pedestrian Overlay Zones “strengthen, protect and promote walkable shopping and service areas.”

Tonight’s meeting begins at 7 p.m. at the Phinney Neighborhood Center, 6532 Phinney Ave. N.

The PRCC’s next meeting is on Tuesday, Feb. 3.
