The Seattle Times and Seattlepi.com report a jury has found a man guilty of murdering Phinney Ridge resident Prudence Hockley in 2011.

Hockley, 55, was a popular Woodinville teacher when her boyfriend, 49-year-old Johnnie Lee Wiggins, beat her on Christmas Eve 2011 while her 13-year-old daughter was nearby. She died the next day.

Wiggins faces a standard range of 20 to 30 years when he is sentenced next month.
