Mae’s Cafe closes its doors, garage sale of cow-themed and other decorations this Saturday

by | Apr 2, 2013

Mae’s Phinney Ridge Cafe at 6412 Phinney Ave. N. has closed its doors. Owner Jeanne Mae Barwick is holding an open house and garage sale from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. this Saturday. Cash only.

Drop by this Saturday and find a keepsake from Mae’s vast collection of moo-morabilia—24 years in the making! This is a far-out collection steeped in history and bacon grease. Check out the colorful wall hangings (…think dogs playing cards…Elvis!), salt & pepper shakers and lots of “Graze at Mae’s” coffee mugs (slightly used). All of this and so much more. Wait until you see it! Bring your camera and have your picture taken with Mae, herself.

Barwick is selling the restaurant because she’s retiring, but she’s still looking for a buyer. Here’s the listing.
