Neighborhood businesses closing

November 27th, 2012 · Comments

Crash Landing Pizza at 702 NW 65th St. is closing after 10 years, because the neighboring Laundromat is expanding into its space. Crash Landing Owner Daniel Kaufman tells us the last day will be Dec. 12. He is not looking to reopen in a new space.

And according to its Facebook page, Pillager’s Pub at 8551 Greenwood Ave. N. is closing this Friday. According to a FB post, the owners are trying to sell the pub, which opened in March 2009.

Word on Pillager’s is they have already sold it. It’s going to be a sports bar.

Very sad to hear about Crash Landing. Loved their slices. Good luck to you, whereever you “land”!
