Yep, whenever my company has a meeting or training, we just turn off the phones and tell clients to get lost.
It’s one day and they’ve given plenty of notice. The library isn’t a company; it’s part of the government. Maybe if they raised their rates they could offer the level of service you mentioned. Oh wait, they can’t do that.
