Northwest District Council meets Wednesday to discuss paving construction, library levy, neighborhood projects

by | Jun 21, 2012

The Northwest District Council meets at 7 p.m. Wed., June 27, at the Greenwood Senior Center , 525 N. 85th St. (Keep in mind that the paving construction on North 85th St. means eastbound drivers can’t directly access the Senior Center’s parking lot because eastbound traffic is being rerouted between Greenwood Avenue and Aurora Avenue.)
On the agenda:

  • Update on the North 85th Street paving project and traffic impacts by Sue Byers of Seattle Department of Transportation.
  • Discussion on Prop 1, the Seattle Public Libraries Levy on Aug. 7.
  • Review and recommendations on the three selected proposals for the Neighborhood Projects Fund.
  • 2012 Northwest District Council election of officers.
