Update on new Greenwood Windermere office

by | Oct 4, 2011

Last week we told you that the Windermere Oak Tree office would be moving into Greenwood after renovating a building on North 85th Street. They’ve just sent us a sketch of what the new building will look like.

The new office at 315 N. 85th St., next Medicine Man pharmacy, will house 60 agents.
“We look forward to getting out of a shopping mall and into a true neighborhood,” Windermere Oak Tree Owner Matt Carroll said in a press release. “Our office has serviced the Greenwood/Phinney Ridge areas for twenty years, and we are excited about being located in the heart of that community.”
The renovation is adding 3,500 square feet to the existing building, for a total of 7,800 square feet on two floors. It is scheduled to open sometime in April 2012.
According to the press release, Carroll has lived in the Greenwood-Phinney area for more than 20 years. “My kids were raised in this neighborhood, so it feels like coming home,” he said.
