Windermere Real Estate is renovating the old Joslin Upholstery building at 315 N. 85th St., next to the Medicine Man pharmacy. A construction worker there today confirmed that it would be a two-story Windermere office.
According to the Department of Planning and Development permit, the alterations will cost about $464,000.
Update Sept. 29: Matt Carroll, owner of the Windermere Oak Tree office, tells us that he is relocating his current office to the new Greenwood building. Carroll said construction should take about eight months.

Wait!!! Don’t we have to have an environmental impact study before anybody can make any improvements to the empty and vandalized buildings in our neighborhood?? I think we should stop this construction project immediately and talk about the bog for at least two years before we allow anybody to invest any money in our community!!
