Phinney Market & Pub & Eatery hopes to open in about two weeks, in the space formerly occupied by the Phinney Market grocery and deli, at 5918 Phinney Ave. N.
Owner Caleb Papineau tells us he and wife Jaimee are now hiring staff and installing the finishing touches on the family-friendly restaurant. We peeked through the windows to see what it looks like inside now.
