From the press release:

Three of the B&B’s four guest rooms are ready for occupancy. The Woodland Park room is a cozy, first-floor accommodation that echoes the natural and cheery ambiance of its namesake locale. The larger Fremont room on the second floor dazzles with bold, black-and-white style. The third floor boasts the Ballard View room, a tranquil oasis with a large jetted tub and expansive private deck. Guests also may relax in the living room, as well as a small lounge offering complimentary soft drinks and a computer for guest use.
