Black and tan dog found on Phinney & 58th

March 3rd, 2010 · 5 Comments

Update: Dog and owner have been reunited!

Earlier: Tara from Hazel Salon up on Phinney Ridge found a small dog today and is keeping it safe until its owners can be found.

We found a small black and tan dog running in front of our salon. It makes a lot of snorting noises, and doesn’t have a collar. If someone can tell us what sex it is, i will assume it is theirs. We will have it here at the salon until 7.

Contact Hazel Salon & Organics, 5817 Phinney Ave. N., 206-453-3515.

How adorable! I looked on craigslist briefly and didn’t see any missing that quite fit this dog.

There are some animal hospitals in the area – maybe one could scan it for a microchip?

So you have a 50% chance of persuading them that the dog is “yours”? Pretty good odds!
