Agreed that it is a strange mix. It’s the most-read and most-commented stories of this year, not what we deemed the most important stories of the year.

Who could forget such hits as: “Fights, gunshots in wake of Greenwood party”? Classic! I hope it wins, but I have a feeling “Woman engulfed in flames at Woodland Park” is going to take it home, this year.

What about the runaway garbage truck? Greenwood & 85th was a happening place in 2009.
