Ate there soon after it opened. Loved the food. Plan to go back soon.

    The Pineapple Noodle is outstanding!

Very nice people. Of the three dishes we tried, however, the fresh rolls were good, the noodle dish was just OK and the soup was actually not good. It tasted like the broth was made from a boullion, or something else had gone wrong. I hope they keep working on it.

My new favorite place in Greenwood.

Best phad Thai for miles. Now I can quit driving to Northgate when I need my noodle fix.

Meh. We tried it recently and the food was average, but way overpriced. 2 coffees and 2 plates of noodles for $30? For the quality and portion sizes, I’d suggest they knock their entree prices down a few bucks.

We both had Pad Kee Mao. “3″ spicy was just right for us. Very fresh, lots of veggies, no skimping on the protein. Started by sharing “fresh salad rolls” that were fresh and tasty. $20 for the two of us. Everyone there was super nice and friendly and working efficiently to avoid delays during a take out rush (we were there around 6:30 pm). Check it out!

I had the shrimp special here and it was fabulous! The owners are super sweet without being suffocating, and happily they have beer and wine now. We will definitely be back!

We ate there for the first time yesterday and plan to go back. The service was quick and friendly. The portions were generous and tasty.

Well, it’s not really Vietnamese since the workers were mostly Thai and so is the cuisine but I love their food!

Being from Asia it smells exactly like home, flavors wafting between the walls and tables and chairs set to resemble a little food stall..

BF had the ‘Pho’, which was great on a cold rainy day and I had the Pad Kee Mao, super spicy and it was delicious..

I couldn’t finish it all, but I packed it up and had it for breakfast the next day which made it even more awesome as the flavors get more intense over night.. Would recommend to anyone for a quick bite..

Don’t forget to try the grass jelly drink, it’s like jello with sugary water.. It’s back in the fridge, you won’t see it on the menu.. I walked back and saw it and shrieked with joy because it’s a drink I grew up with..

Great food, we get takeout all the time, but the staff can be a little curt, and often messes up the order. Would consider eating at one of their tables, but place is usually filthy – last time I stopped to get takeout, the place was empty but almost every table was covered in dirty dishes! Would be nice if they delivered. Still, Pad Thai is best I’ve had in the city and can easily feed two, which makes it all worthwhile.

We just ate there last night again, just perfect. We have also eaten in the restaurant from the time they officially had opened months ago and was not disappointed at all. The chef comes out every time and delivers our daughter a little Thai treat when we stay in.

Our first visit was last night — shortly after News was highly recommended by our daughter. Bright warm colors and tidy-clean, but a bit loud with the high ceiling, and a bit over-lit with the cold blue glow of warehouse fluorescents. Super nice server, awesome food. We enjoyed Tofu Phad Thai, Penang Curry Shrimp over rice, and fresh spring rolls served with an excellent peanut dipping sauce. We’ll be back soon!

Our family has had many meals at News since it opened. There was only one dish that wasn’t perfect. The service is friendly, as prompt and quick as possible for a small place where everything is cooked to order, and comes with generous amounts of food. We love it!!

I’m a big fan but they have been closed since the recent fire next door. I have seen workers painting – anyone know about plans to reopen?

New’s is open again and under new management. Looks like they also got the property next door and are expanding.
