A liquor license application shows that Baron Brewing LLC plans to open Pillager’s Pub in the old Tully’s Coffee space at 87th & Greenwood. There wasn’t a sign in the window, but I did see this cool wooden club placed above the fireplace. It reads, “Pirates Only,” and there’s a kind of shrunken head on the end. There were two more shrunken heads sitting on top of the old coffee counter.
